Report an error (South Africa)
The editorial route for a wrong figure, a broken link or a quote that should not be here.

This form reaches the editorial team of XM South Africa Guide. Use it for anything on this site that looks wrong: a figure that does not match the source we name, a check date that has gone stale, a broken link, a quote you believe should not be published, or a sentence that reads as advice.
What it is not: it cannot help with a XM account. Blocked withdrawals, document requests and login problems go to the broker that holds the account, through the routes on the customer service guide — this site has no access to any account.
A report that names the page, quotes the sentence and says what you expected is enough — you do not need to find the correct value for us. If you have the source that contradicts the page (the broker's own page, a dated screenshot of your client area, the client agreement clause), say where it is and we will read it: a dated primary source is what moves a figure on this site.

What happens next
A factual report is checked against the primary source we cited. If the source says something different, the page is corrected and the new check date appears in its facts strip and in the sources table. If the source agrees with the page, nothing changes and the claim stands as published.
Reports are read by the editorial team; no reply is guaranteed, and leaving contact details is optional. Nothing you send here is used for marketing.
The check itself is the same one described on the methodology page: the figure is read again from the source the page names, on the day of the check, and a second person confirms it before anything changes. Corrections to a money fact also move its row in the sources table, so the change is visible to the next reader, not only to the person who reported it.
Reports about a quote are handled differently: quotes are checked against the review registry entry they are keyed to. If the quote does not match its record, or the record does not exist, the quote comes off the page rather than being edited.
